3. Are you competing with rugby unions and governing bodies?

Not at all. We exist to support, not compete. Our focus is on strengthening grassroots rugby and ensuring its long-term sustainability, complementing the work of unions, clubs, foundations, charities and governing bodies.

4. Who can join Unstoppable Rugby™?

Anyone who loves the game! Players, coaches, fans, administrators, media companies, match officials, businesses, legends of the game. If rugby impacted your life, we’re holding a place for you.

5. What does membership involve?

There are no obligations. By joining, you become part of a global rugby family that supports the game, shares its values, and drives change together.

6. What does "Inclusively Exclusive" mean?

It means that while Unstoppable Rugby™ is open to anyone who shares our values and love for the game, membership is by invitation only. Every new member must be invited by an existing member, ensuring that those who join align with the spirit, ethos, and values of the movement.

Rugby has always been about camaraderie, respect, and unity. We want to build a movement that stays true to these values. By making membership by invitation only we ensure those who join are here for the right reasons and are committed to making a real difference.

Those who truly care about rugby and grassroots development—who have played, coached, supported, or simply love the game and want to see it thrive. While we welcome businesses and individuals outside of rugby, alignment with our ethos and the commitment to support the game with intent and credibility, is key.

9. Can I invite non-rugby people?

Yes, with a measure of responsibility. We encourage welcoming people who believe in what we stand for and wish to contribute, even those who haven't played the game. However, we ask members to be mindful of keeping the movement true to its rugby roots and values.

10. What happens if someone joins who doesn’t align with our values?

Rugby is built on respect, and we expect every member to uphold its values. Should a member’s actions go against the spirit of Unstoppable

Rugby™, leadership reserves the right to review in the interest of what is good for the game.

No, Membership is free. There are no hidden costs or fees, only the commitment to be part of something bigger than yourself.

Every member is allocated a unique invite link which they may share. When someone signs up using your link, they are assigned to you in our membership network.

Rugby has always been about community. The more we grow, the bigger the impact we can make. Every new member strengthens the movement and brings more support to the grassroots game.

16. Why is grassroots rugby in trouble?

Many clubs are struggling with funding, participation numbers are declining, and pathways for young players are disappearing. Without urgent support, the foundation of the game of rugby is at risk.

18. Is this just about junior rugby?

Not at all. While developing and instilling the game’s values at a young age is critical, grassroots rugby includes all levels of amateur and community rugby. This means schools, clubs, veterans, and anyone playing or involved in the game outside of the professional sphere are welcome to join the movement.
